Abstract：
在小电流下测量了PN结的正向伏安特性,在对数坐标下,绘制了伏安特性曲线,采用线性回归方法计算了直线的斜率,计算出了玻尔兹曼常数,该值与公认值的误差仅为1.3%.此外还计算出了此温度下的反向饱和电流.
