Abstract：
在不同温度下,测量了PN结的正向伏安特性,采用非线性回归方法计算了PN结的反向饱和电流值,实验发现高频硅二极管的反向饱和电流与温度具有指数关系,反向饱和电流随温度的升高,指数性地增加。
