在现代市场经济中,最能直观体现人才价值量大小的指标就是薪酬.企业在人才市场上招聘人才,需要支付相应的薪酬;而人才为了事业和金钱需要寻求更适宜的公司,从而获得较高的薪酬.笔者根据人才市场的现状,对人才与企业之间的供求关系进行了分析,并就"超薪酬战略"在人才招聘中的作用进行研究.
