Abstract：
总结了2002年我国经济形势的四大特点,分析了中国经济发展面临的环境与问题,着重指出二○○二年国际经济复苏对我国发展提供了有利条件,但也会带来不利因素不能寄予太高希望,要着力解决好国内经济中的四个问题,文章予测中国经济仍可以保持较快增长,增长率可实现8%。
