Abstract:
椎体和椎间盘的流固耦合可以用多孔介质弹性有限元法进行数值分析。将椎体和椎间盘视为包含固体骨架和隙间流体两相的多孔介质材料。计算出了骨的变形和流体的压力。通过骨渗透率的改变来研究年龄的影响。结果表明,椎间盘内的压力受纤维环渗透率的影响,椎体内的压力受密质骨渗透率的影响。
