Abstract:
研究了回火工艺对经1100℃水冷淬火后的铸造Fe-10%Cr-1.5%B-2%Al(简称Fe-Cr-B-Al)合金显微组织、硬度及耐磨性的影响.结果表明:Fe-Cr-B-Al 合金的回火组织由回火马氏体、块状铁素体、断续状共晶硼碳化物组成.回火温度低于450℃,Fe-Cr-B-Al 合金硬度变化不明显,超过450℃后,随着回火温度升高,硬度逐渐降低.Fe-Cr-B-Al 合金经过一次回火后,硬度基本达到最高值,经二次、三次回火后,硬度略有降低.随着回火时间的延长,有利于碳化物的析出,Fe-Cr-B-Al 合金硬度逐渐升高,回火时间过长,硬度反而降低.Fe-Cr-B-Al 合金经1100℃淬火+450℃回火后,耐磨性最好.
