Abstract:
由冠状动脉粥样硬化引起的冠心病已经成为全球首位死亡原因。为探究病变长度对中等严重程度冠状动脉病变的影响,本文基于CT图像,建立不同病变长度(LL,mm)的冠状动脉模型,进行流固耦合计算,分析壁面压力的分布情况。发现,病变长度与壁面压力有着紧密联系,从而影响冠状动脉粥样硬化的进程。
