Abstract：
蛋白质和肽的磷酸化调控着几乎所有的细胞学过程，包括信号传递、基因表达、新陈代谢等。哺乳动物细胞体内约三分之一以上的蛋白质可以被磷酸化，异常的磷酸化过程将会引起严重的疾病[1]，如：癌症、中风、阿尔兹海默症状等[2]。
