Abstract：
搅拌摩擦焊接是英国焊接研究所于1991年提出的一种固态链接方法,相比传统工艺在焊接轻合金材料时有很大的优点。本论文采用数值模拟的方法,基于ANSYS-APDL有限元软件建立了合金板搅拌摩擦焊接的力热耦合模型,并求解分析轴肩侵入、驻留并移动过程的温度场和应力应变关系。对搅拌摩擦焊接过程的温度场和应力场预测具有重要意义。
