Abstract：
本文主要研究了单轴疲劳加载下2系铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接件宏观力学性能的变化规律。包括不同疲劳损伤阶段下的显微硬度和疲劳断裂位置，最后用扫描电镜分析其断口形貌。实验结果表明：在整个疲劳损伤过程中接头的表面硬度随着疲劳损伤的增加而变大；疲劳断裂发生在接头的热影响区；焊接接头的断裂形式为韧性断裂。
