Abstract:

采用搅拌摩擦焊和变极性等离子焊的两种工艺焊接2219铝合金。使用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪观察焊接接头的微观组织。并使用纳米压痕仪测试了接头的不同区域的显微硬度,用于评价焊接接头的对称水平。搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头和变极性等离子焊接接头都发现了显微组织和力学性能的不对称。由于搅拌针的形状,搅拌摩擦焊的不对称性难以改变,但是通过改变变极性等离子焊的工作方式可以获得满意的焊接接头。
