Abstract:
针对滚动轴承机械在运行过程中采集信号的非平稳性,提高信噪比,提取出淹没信号中的有用成分,正确地分析结论,构造了一种基于冗余第二代小波和阈值降噪相结合的故障特征提取方法.此方法不进行剖分运算,对其逼近信号和细节信号进行插值补零,根据待分析信号的特点,然后利用冗余预测器和更新器对每层进行预测和更新运算,可以有效地提供时域特征信息,并对各层小波系数采用选取有效的阈值降噪,之后对降噪后的系数提取出与故障频率相关的成分.从实验和工程振动信号分析结果两方面,验证了该方法的有效性.
