Abstract:
穿孔型等离子弧焊是主要的高能密度焊接方法之一,其能量高度集中,可直接穿透中厚板工件,实现单面焊双面成形。本文以竖板等离子弧焊接为物理模型,采用数值模拟的方法对穿孔型等离子弧焊接中熔融金属的流动特性进行了研究,得到了焊接过程中熔化金属的流动特性。
