Abstract:
如何以最少的投入提高多轴数控机床的加工精度是当今社会研究的热点,针对这一问题,通过修改机床的数控指令来提高精度无疑是最有效的方法,本文利用多体理论对多轴数控机床进行分析,建立了通用多轴数控机床误差模型,在此基础上,针对回转误差进行了深入研究,以C-A型机床为例,给出了精密回转数控指令的迭代求解方法
