Abstract:
在传统圆柱壳表面添加金字塔型波纹,对其进行抗撞性分析,采用斐波那契搜索方法搜索和用响应面法进行优化设计。直径为40mm的波纹管算例的优化结果表明金字塔型波纹管在截面为正十一边形,波纹高度h为80mm,金字塔形波纹的顶点A到中心轴的距离bz为38.92mm时吸能最大,吸能比光滑表面的圆截面结构提高31.88%。
