Abstract：
为了全面了解北京市住宅建筑能耗现状,于2009年1月至2009年5月分别对北京市7个区的23个住宅小区和2个农贸市场进行了问卷调查。在此基础上,得知北京市在住宅建筑能耗远高于中国城镇水平,为美国的2/3,并且在外窗、空调、节能行为方面仍有节能潜力。
