Abstract:
提出一种基于感应加热原理的微型加热器,设计了针对微流体的微加热器的结构和关键参数,该结构的微加热器,具有加工难度低,便于密封等优点。利用ANSYS10.0/Mutiphysics对微感应加热器进行电磁场和温度场仿真分析,分析表明微感应加热器加热均匀,温升速度较快,加热效果较好。
