Abstract:

以纳米级TiO_2为载体制备了V_2O_5含量为10%的V_2O_5-MoO_3/TiO_2催化剂,通过NO_x转化效率来评价其活性,并研究了反应温度、水蒸气、氧气浓度对NOx去除效率的影响;并采用BET、XRD对催化剂的结构进行表征。实验结果表明:对于具有较大比表面积的纳米级TiO_2,钒基并不会在TiO_2载体表面结晶析出;本催化剂在空速36000 h~(-1)、温度为180℃时,NO_x的去除效率达到82.93%。不加水时的反应活性曲线相当于加5%水后的反应活性曲线向左平移了约30℃;当模拟烟气中不含O_2时,NO_x去除效率非常低,只有5.98%。但是当模拟烟气中含有1%O_2时,NO...
