Abstract：
当前大学毕业生就业难已经成为社会关注的热点问题,本文主要就非北京生源高校毕业生进京指标制度进行政策性分析,分析这一政策对高校毕业生就业的影响,指出在变革的就业环境中,高校毕业生应该转变就业观念,增强就业竞争力。
