<正>最近,我们在实验中发现:采用大功率CO_2激光快速烧结(Ta_2O_5)_(1-x)(TiO_2)_x陶瓷,可以使其介电常数大幅度提高,其中(Ta_2O_5)_(0.92)(TiO_2)_(0.08)陶瓷的介电常数可从126提高至450[1,2]。这一发现,对于开发新型电容器介质材料和新型高密度DRAM材料具有应用价值。如图1为采用普通烧结技术和激光快速烧结技术制备的(Ta_2O_5)_(1-x)(TiO_2))x的粉末X射线衍射谱的部分结果。无论是采用普通烧结技术还是激光快速烧结技术所制备(Ta_2O_5)_(0.92)(TiO_2)_(0.08)陶瓷的主晶相
