Abstract:

With the development of intelligent manufacturing, simulation technology has become one of the important research of industrial simulation systems. This paper proposes a method for realizing a industrial simulation system based on the BIM technology and the functional mock-up unit (FMU), which can be applied to many industrial fields. We analyze various methods of loading three-dimensional models by OpenGL, and provide the specific implementation process and technical points.What' more, we realize the interactive operation of three-dimensional model through programming. Finally, we propose a method for information exchange between FMU and simulation system. As a result, data simulation and virtual simulation of 3D scenes are all realized.
