Abstract:

In order to rapidly analyze the accuracy degradation of slide-guideway of CNC machine tool, this research uses accelerated degradation test to analyze the accuracy degradation of slide-guideway. This paper calculates the wear of guideway by using Archard equation. Based on the theoretical wear model, this paper simulates the accelerated wear degradation test of slide-guideway and demonstrates the wear curves. Geometric errors of slide which caused by the wear of guideway can be calculated by the wear carves. From the perspective of wear mechanism, this research provides an effective way to analyze accuracy degradation of slide-guideway.
