Abstract:

根据数控机床的特点,并以多体系统运动学理论为基础,给出了具有简捷、准确、通用特点的数控机床运动空间误差建模方法.并提出了多体系统运动误差的几何描述模型,推导出数控机床刀具相对运动约束方程,为数控机床误差补偿及刀具路线的生成提供了新的理论方法.验证了此理论和方法的正确性.
