Abstract：
采用吸尘法与洗涤法对废弃炭黑包装袋中的炭黑与包装袋进行分离，使炭黑和包装袋分别得到回收利用，同时采用混凝法对洗涤包装袋产生的炭黑废水进行治理，为轮胎生产企业废弃炭黑包装袋的治理提供了一条新途径，并可望取得明显的社会和经济效益。
