以新型橡胶驱动驱动器为控制对象,对驱动器—气动控制阀—传感器—控制器组成的电—气伺服系统分别施以3种控制方法。均获得了理想的控制效果,为新型橡胶驱动器在机器人中的应用提供了依据。
