<正>对掺铬钨酸锌(ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+))室温和低温下的光谱和激光性质已做过研究,在77K下实现了连续可调谐激光输出.采用固态介质中退火工艺后,晶体透光性能极大改善,室温下用红宝石激光器泵浦已获得270μJ的近红外激光输出.但是晶体的光损伤阈值低,限止了这种晶体的实际应用,为此我们开展了双掺杂敏化的研究,不仅使激光输出能量提高3倍,而且抗强光损伤能力大为增强.
