<正> ZnWO_4:Cr~(3+)单晶易于生长,Cr~(3+)离子在基质中很稳定,在电子跃迁中与晶格的相互作用较强,可形成电子振动跃迁或终端声子跃迁。因而是一种新型可调谐激光晶体。我们利用自己生长的位错密度低于10~3个/cm~2
