Abstract：
＜正＞ 一、固有可靠度、使用可靠度、工作可靠度器件可靠性是一种器件投入使用时不失效的工作能力,对这种工作能力的度量又叫可靠度,其定义为一种器件在所遇到的工作条件下在规定的时间间隔内性能符合要求的慨率。所以可靠度总是一种概率。
