Abstract：
＜正＞目前我国主要采用的热处理工艺规范如图1,从中可看出,铸件的热处理过程,一般是在较低的温度下入炉,然后缓慢加热到600℃,经保温一段时间,才可以较快速度加热到奥氏体化温度,在这一温度下经一定时间保温,然后冷却。下面我们就加热速率,最高加热温度及保持时间等问题发表一点看法。
