Auto-calibration　of　the　amplitude-frequency　characteristic　of　oscilloscope　calibrator　is　realized　in　the　paper.　In　the　system,　power　meter　is　controlled　through　GPIB　bus　by　Windows　VC++.　The　auto-calibration　system　can　automatically　provide　effective　value　(or　power)　and　relative　error　of　oscilloscope　calibrator　output　level　fast,　and　create　calibration　template,　preserve　calibration　data,　and　generate　calibration　certificate　etc.　And　the　auto-calibration　system　can　also　calibrate　common　sine-wave　signal　source.　This　auto-calibration　system　of　oscilloscope　calibrator　is　already　used　in　automatic　calibration　test　system　of　＂Pulse　Parameters　standard　device＂　in　National　Institute　of　Metrology,　which　has　improved　the　efficiency　of　calibrating　oscilloscope　calibrator　greatly.
