Abstract：
以Newman方程为基础,对裂纹应力强度因子进行计算,用断裂力学方法对恒幅加载条件下7075铝合金FSW接头不同应力比和不同应力水平下疲劳寿命进行预测。通过实验结果对比发现,80%以上的预测寿命在2倍因子之内。
