Abstract:

This paper advances a new method of self-organizing network. This method resolves the problem of the SOM which can't change the number of the network, and the structure of the neural network can't be changed on-line. And this new method combines with the fuzzy arithmetic, then the fuzzy rules can be changed on-line, it takes the experience out of the necessary side for the number of the fuzzy rules. The results of the simulations prove the superiority of this arithmetic in the non-line systems approach.
