Abstract:
The forming of enterprise's core competence is limited by factors in many aspects, such as products, market, management etc; however, only four elements are essential, just as the four indispensable key elements in stone-building: Stone, sand, cement and water. This paper offers a theory that the forming of enterprise's core competence attribute to the co-processing of resources, manpower, key skill and corporate culture, and the intention is to explain that all the enterprises can form its own core competence, so long as he possess those four core elements.
