Abstract:
根据中国煤制烯烃产业现状,采用生命周期分析(life cycle assessment,LCA)方法,以生产1t煤制聚丙烯为功能单位,对航天粉煤加压气化-DAVY 甲醇合成-DMTO 工艺(HDDM-TO)与 GSP(gas Schwarze Pumpe)气化-低压甲醇合成-Lurgi MTP工艺(GLLMTP)两条工艺路线合成的聚丙烯产品进行分析评价。结果表明:HDDMTO 工艺与 GLLMTP 工艺的能耗强度分别为4.23tce/t和4.22tce/t,碳排放强度分别为7.95tCO_2/t和7.40tCO_2/t,水耗强度分别为13.74t/t和17.56t/t。化石资源稀缺性(FFP)...
