Abstract:
It is of great significance to design a fluorescent probe to monitor glutathione (GSH) in living cells for disease researches. Herein, we reported a reactive near-infrared (NIR) fluorescent probe N-Rh-GSH for the detection of GSH. The Rhodamine derivative was used as the fluorescent matrix for the probe, and the response signal was realized through action of glutathione (GSH) to trigger the switch of the screw. The probe N-Rh-GSH showed favourable selectivity and fast response towards GSH, and the fluorescent matrix released by the open loop exhibited extremely strong fluorescence signals at 760 nm. The living cell imaging assays demonstrated that the probe N-Rh-GSH can successfully track GSH. © 2022, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd. All rights reserved.
