Abstract:
Dynamic compressive tests of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) specimens with different fiber content (1% and 2%) at different temperature (20, 200, 400, 600 and 800)were carried out by using the split Hopkinson pressure bar and resistance heating stove. The dynamic stress-strain curves at different temperature were obtained, and the corresponding dynamic compressive strength and peak strain were presented. The test results show that SFRC has obvious strain rate strengthening effect and temperature damage effect. At the different test temperature, the dynamic compressive strength of SFRC increases with the increase of strain rate. At the same loading speed, the dynamic compressive strength of SFRC is greatly reduced with the increase of test temperature.Compared with normal concrete, the impact resistance of SFRC is greatly improved. © 2019, Editorial Office of Journal of Vibration and Shock.
