Abstract:

一种基于小裂纹扩展速率模型的疲劳寿命预测方法,属于机械结构疲劳诊断分析技术领域。对试样进行不同应力加载及不同应力比下的疲劳小裂纹扩展复型试验,用割线法计算小裂纹扩展速率;采用Burdekin模型计算单调载荷下裂纹尖端张开位移,采用修正的公式计算有效平均裂纹尖端张开位移;确定小裂纹扩展速率公式;确定初始裂纹尺寸a0和临界裂纹尺寸ac;对小裂纹扩展速率模型进行积分,得到构件的疲劳寿命。该方案能够更简单、准确地预测搅拌摩擦焊构件的疲劳寿命。
