Abstract:

一种基于晶粒尺寸及显微硬度的搅拌摩擦焊接头疲劳寿命预测方法,属于疲劳诊断分析领域。对试样进行不同加载水平下的疲劳小裂纹扩展复型实验,得到断裂在搅拌摩擦焊接接头不同区域的裂纹扩展数据;通过搅拌摩擦焊接头各区微观性能对Elber裂纹闭合方法进行修正,进而得出在不同应力比条件下断裂在接头不同区域的ΔKeff‑da/dN裂纹扩展速率基线,拟合相关系数C、m;确定初始裂纹尺寸a0和临界裂纹尺寸ac;利用ABAQUS模拟出搅拌摩擦焊接头在不同加载水平下的薄弱区域,据此选择修正因子M及初始裂纹尺寸a0取值。通过不断循环计算,当裂纹尺寸达到临界裂纹尺寸ac时视为断裂,得到不同加载水平下搅拌摩擦焊接头的疲劳寿命。
