Abstract:

以广谱性反硝化细菌包埋生物活性填料针对地表水源水总N去除的方法,属于水处理领域。采用的反硝化细菌是从城市污水处理厂硝化污泥中筛选分离出来的,广谱性保持方法采用污水处理厂剩余污泥水解液作为反硝化碳源供给;使得富集培养的反硝化细菌的脱氮能力:折算为反硝化细菌浓度在6000mg/L、25℃,CODCr/硝态氮=4‑7条件下,反硝化混合液脱氮能力要达到300mg/L.h以上;进行细菌包埋;将填料一端固定在基座上,另一端处于自由状态,放置于水中。取水口周围作为投加区,填料投加区保持C/N比4以上。本发明使得取水区域水质稳定,几年内不需更换,不受温度的影响。
