Abstract:
一种高韧性高耐磨性含碳化物等温淬火球墨铸铁及其制备方法,属于耐磨材料技术领域。生产出如下化学成分的球墨铸铁(wt%):C:3.3‑3.8,Si:1.3‑1.7,Mn:0.4‑0.7,Cr:1.0‑1.5,P≤0.040;S≤0.007,余量Fe。在铸件表面涂抹抗氧化剂,放入热处理炉,加热到1080‑1110℃,并保温10‑15min,出炉空冷至300~350℃,重新入炉加热到880‑900℃,并保温90‑150min,迅速拿出后,放入温度为250~320℃的硝酸盐熔液中,并保温1‑3h,然后取出在空气中冷却至室温。冲击韧性提高了120%以上,同时不降低硬度和耐磨性。
