Abstract:

一种NO低温催化氧化剂与制备方法,属于催化化学领域。采用浸渍法在ZrO2表面负载Co3O4、La2O3。载体ZrO2为85‑90wt%,Co3O4为5‑10wt%,La2O3为1‑5wt%,聚乙二醇为4‑6wt%。Co3O4前驱物为六水合硝酸钴,La2O3前驱物为六水合硝酸镧,并通过添加聚乙二醇提高活性组分在载体上的分散均匀性及催化氧化剂稳定性,提高催化氧化剂的NO低温催化氧化效率,并与SCR催化剂联合,改善SCR系统在高空速下的脱硝性能,为船舶SCR技术实际规模化运用打好基础。
