Abstract:

一种铬改性NH3‑SCR低温催化剂的制备方法属于催化脱硝材料领域。经以下步骤制备:1.用浸渍法将活性组分负载在TiO2载体上:浸渍制备活性组分质量分数为V2O5 0.1‑5.0wt%、WO3 0.1‑12wt%、Cr2O3 0.1‑9wt%,以TiO2为载体的粘稠状催化剂;2.烘干与焙烧:将催化剂放在105℃烘箱中4‑24h使催化剂完全烘干,然后在马弗炉中400‑600℃焙烧2‑6h。本发明催化剂具有良好的低温活性和抗硫抗水性能,在500ppm SO2、10vol%H2O、700ppm NO、700ppm NH3、5vol%O2、载气为N2、温度为200℃、空速为30000h‑1条件下连续168h具有80%以上脱硝效率,并能在停止通硫通水数小时之后恢复至新鲜催化剂NOx去除效率。
