Abstract:

一种恒速曲轴随动磨削加工实验系统,该系统包括床身、头架、装夹卡盘、曲轴、Z向导轨、X向导轨、电机和砂轮,床身的侧部为支撑台;曲轴随动磨削加工是以曲轴主轴颈进行定位,以主轴颈中心连线为回转中心,采用现代数控技术,通过工件旋转轴、砂轮进给轴及砂轮架后滑台的六轴同步插补联动,实现一次装夹,双砂轮同步磨削曲轴连杆颈和主轴颈。X向导轨的两侧设有盲孔,X向导轨的顶部设有阶梯面,盲孔用于填充散热工质,保证X向导轨的散热稳定;阶梯面用于保证电机在转动过程中保持稳定,同时节省了材料。
