Abstract:

本发明涉及一种数控凸轮轴磨床工件夹持与驱动装置,该装置包括工件夹持系统、工件驱动系统和电气控制系统;该装置可以安装在数控凸轮轴磨床上夹持工件并驱动工件旋转;数控凸轮轴磨床工件夹持与驱动装置能够保证工件两端的转动是同步的,在加工时不会发生扭转变形,从而提高加工的精度;同时,数控凸轮轴磨床工件夹持与驱动装置不需要鸡心夹头,缩短了工件的装卸时间,提高了工件的加工效率;该装置可以用来改造现有数控凸轮轴磨床或用于新数控凸轮轴磨床工件的夹持与驱动,具有很好的应用前景。
