Abstract:

本发明提供一种用于飞秒激光三维微加工的紧聚焦光斑能量优化方法及装置,其方法包括:步骤1,飞秒激光器产生飞秒激光光束,经第一反射镜反射到衰减片表面使激光能量得到衰减;步骤2,通过光阑控制光斑的直径,利用激光功率计测量飞秒激光光束的平均功率、并通过旋转衰减片调节平均功率;最后经光束能量变换系统调制飞秒激光光束;步骤3,中央衰减光经第二反射镜导入至显微聚焦系统聚焦后,在样品内部产生聚焦光斑;步骤4,根据激光加工运动轨迹编写运动控制算法,并输入计算机,计算机发送指令至步进电机控制箱,步进电机控制箱控制三维电动位移台按照所需运动轨迹在样品内部实行三轴运动,最终实现利用聚焦的飞秒激光进行三维加工。
