Abstract:

激光熔覆原位合成陶瓷相增强Fe基熔覆层及其制备方法,属于激光熔覆技术领域。原位合成陶瓷硬质相主要有TiC、TiB2和B4C,该涂层是按照以下步骤制备的,首先对基体进行预处理,然后采用同步送粉激光熔覆的方式,将合金粉按照比例配比后进行充分混合并干燥后作为熔覆材料,在氩气保护下,调节激光熔覆工艺参数,熔覆材料在激光能量照射下原位反应生成陶瓷硬质相,并且与基体呈现良好的冶金结合,该涂层组织致密,无气孔和裂纹。显微硬度值高达1000HV以上,在激光表面改性领域具有很好应用前景。
