Abstract:

一种厌氧氨氧化细菌固定化制备生物活性填料的方法,属于水处理领域。将活性炭破碎,在厌氧氨氧化细菌液体培养基中浸泡,将聚乙烯醇、碳酸钙、浓缩后的厌氧氨氧化菌液按照比例制成包埋液;将制成的包埋液按比例与浸泡后的颗粒活性炭混合搅拌均匀,进行硼酸固化完成交联固定,制成活性填料。生物活性填料在培养2周后即可恢复厌氧氨氧化活性。本发明所得的生物活性填料沉降性能好,机械强度高,可在上向流生物滤池中达到微膨胀的状态。
