Abstract:

本发明涉及一种污泥基活性炭及其制备方法。本发明根据污泥的组成,适当的添加一定量的生物质材料(如玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、花生壳等),混合均匀,农作物秸秆和花生壳等农业废弃物含有相对高地碳含量,在污泥中添加农作物秸秆和花生壳提高了(可提高)活性炭的吸附能力。将一定浓度的活性剂(如ZnCl2、KOH、KCO3等)加入到混合均匀的污泥中,进行浸渍活化处理,再经高温活化即可获得污泥活性炭。本发明具有工艺简单,成本低,且污泥活性炭比表面积高的优点,同时为污泥资源化及农业废弃物的处理处置提供了出路,实现了废物处理的无害化,减量化,资源化。
