本发明公开了一种改进型高速钢轧辊及其制备方法,采用离心复合铸造方法成形,轧辊外层是高速钢,轧辊内层是球铁或高强度铸铁。轧辊外层在离心铸造机上成形,然后将辊芯铁水在静态下填芯,浇注成高速钢复合轧辊。高速钢轧辊外层的原料组成是(质量分数):60-65%的M2高速钢(W6Mo5Cr4V2)废钢,1.0-1.4%的金属铝,5.0-5.5%的硼铁,9.2-9.4%的碳素铬铁,0.2-0.4%的钛铁,1.0-1.2%的镍镁合金,18-23%的Q235废钢。本发明轧辊利用电炉便可生产,硬度高、不加贵重铁合金、且取消高温淬火处理,工艺简便、生产成本低廉,具有良好的耐磨性,推广使用具有很好的经济效益。
