Abstract:
含硼高铬耐磨铸铁及其制备方法属于耐磨金属材料技术领域。现有含硼 高铬铸铁韧性差,成本高。本发明铸铁成分及含量wt%为:碳2.5~3.5,铬15~ 28,硅0.5~1.2,锰0.5~1.2,硼0.15~0.3,钙0.008~0.03,钡0.03~0.08%, 锶0.02~0.05%,铝0.03~0.08,钛0.20~0.5,镧0.02~0.06,铈0.02~0.06, 硫<0.04,磷<0.05,余量为铁,且0.05≤镧+铈≤0.1,6≤铬/碳≤8。本发明将 铸件于980~1050℃保温4~6h,再于250~500℃保温8~10h,得到本发明铸 铁。本发明有强度和硬度高、韧性和耐磨性好,生产成本低等优点。
